01 Opening Mobilization: Project Launch

On July 17, 2023, 31 young key personnel from various departments entered the training room and, through self-introductions and self-recommendations, elected the class committee members. Mr. Yu, General Manager of the Zhejiang Base, delivered a mobilization speech, encouraging everyone to study diligently and officially announced the launch of the learning journey! The training coordinator introduced the points system and the rules for rewards and punishments, ensuring the orderly implementation of the training program.

02 Classroom Scene: Team Spirit

During the training session, the externally hired instructor delivered the lecture with great passion and eloquence. The participants listened attentively, kept pace with the class, and actively and proactively asked the instructor questions. The instructor shared his knowledge generously: “Receive, Point, Ask, Clarify” helps make communication between superiors and subordinates more efficient; the “Team Role Chart” scientifically optimizes the division of labor among team members; and the “Scenario Analysis Worksheet” significantly reduces the likelihood of failing when solving problems based solely on experience.

The students actively participated in the case-analysis exercises prepared by the teacher, breaking down the problem-analysis process into four steps: situational analysis, problem analysis, decision analysis, and plan analysis. This approach has streamlined the problem-analysis process and standardized the problem-solving methodology.

03 Experience Inheritance and Knowledge Sharing

The Analects records: “When three people walk together, there is sure to be one who can serve as my teacher.” In this training session, we’ve invited internal mentors to share their expertise with you, helping you avoid detours, develop better work habits, and quickly become key members of your respective departments and teams.

Everyone deeply understands how hard-won learning opportunities are. Each trainee carefully records every word the instructor says, profoundly appreciates the importance of work experience, and increasingly recognizes the necessity of continuous learning in their career development.

Reading is an important way to acquire abundant information. By actively sharing our reflections after reading, we can further refine and elevate our knowledge, sparking unique intellectual exchanges and insights.

04 Successfully Completed—Grand Recognition

Everything has a beginning and an end, and every matter has its own start and finish. This training program, lasting 11 months, has broadened the horizons and enhanced the capabilities of participants through methods such as externally hired instructors, mentorship, specialized seminars, and book-sharing sessions.

On June 18, 2024, we held a grand graduation ceremony and presented completion certificates to the 24 participants. At the same time, based on their training scores, we selected six “outstanding students”: Lu Weiwei, Wang Yue, Hu Bin, Wang Yanzhong, Hu Zhijian, and Xu Zhiwei. Lu Weiwei, as the representative of the outstanding students, delivered a speech titled “Training Is an Investment in the Future,” sharing her insights and learnings from the program!

General Manager Yu fully affirmed the achievements of this training session and expressed two earnest hopes and requirements for everyone: “First, you must set the goal of lifelong learning and continuously enhance your learning capabilities; second, you must adhere to the principle of combining theory with practice, putting what you learn into action, integrating knowledge with practice, thoroughly mastering the material, and applying it effectively in your daily work.” General Manager Yu’s remarks provide strong guidance for everyone’s future growth.

Time flies, and before we know it, our training journey has come to a perfect conclusion. Standing at the starting point of graduation, as we look back on the past and look forward to the future, we hope that each of you will continue to strive for self-improvement and contribute your part to the development of Zhongxin Fluoromaterials.
