By taking courses such as “Communication Management,” “Business Meeting and Reception Etiquette,” and “5S Management,” and combining theory with practice, new employees can quickly acquire the essential skills needed for professional work. In addition, our outstanding senior colleague Chen Zhiqiang shared his growth experience at Zhongxin, helping each new employee establish a clear career path, enhance their learning abilities, and adopt a positive work attitude on the Zhongxin platform.

On the second day of the training camp, a series of fun group-based activities were held, including frisbee games and lawn curling. These activities fully engaged the new team members, who worked closely together, leveraged their individual strengths, and wholeheartedly upheld the team’s honor. We look forward to seeing the “young leaders” from Zhongxin demonstrate sincerity and mutual support in their future work, injecting strong momentum into the company’s future development.
