Training Objectives

From July 7 to July 8, we are organizing this training specifically to help newly hired college graduates quickly acclimate to their new environment, systematically gain an understanding of the company’s overview, corporate culture, and basic skills, enhance their sense of team spirit, and enable them to integrate into the company and start working as soon as possible.

Corporate culture

I. Promotion of Corporate Culture

We led the university students on a tour of the company’s exhibition hall, where we explained the company’s development history, technological capabilities, product focus, honors, and Party-building efforts. At the same time, through the promotion of the company’s corporate culture, we helped the students deepen their understanding of the company’s mission—“Technological Innovation and Green Development”—its spirit—“Gathering People, Seeking the Right Path, Achieving Success”—its business philosophy—“Integrity, Professionalism, and Permanence”—and its values—“Being Honest in Character and Pragmatic in Action.”

First Encounter with Partner

Under the guidance of the HR director, the participants shared information about their learning experiences, hobbies, and special skills. Amid laughter and cheerful conversation, everyone got to know each other better and built stronger connections.

II. Skills Training

During this onboarding training, the company organized courses on “Communication Management,” “Business Etiquette,” “5S Basics,” and “Time Management.” Participants gained a better understanding of the essential skills required in their initial roles and acquired a solid foundation of knowledge. In the communication training, we introduced the “Tear-Paper Game,” using its outcomes to underscore the importance of two-way communication.

III. Growth Sharing

The company invited its outstanding employee, You Xuan, Deputy Manager of the Intelligent Control Department, to share his personal growth journey with newly hired college graduates. He spoke from five perspectives: gaining experience at the grassroots level, engaging in self-directed learning, adopting a humble attitude, seizing opportunities, and making a name for oneself. Through sharing his experiences, engaging in mutual questioning, conversations, and interactive exchanges, the college students deepened their understanding of career planning and future development, gained a fresh perspective on their personal growth, and were inspired by the example set by Mr. You. They came to realize that maintaining the right mindset, staying grounded, and demonstrating real achievements are essential for earning one’s place in the world; only by daring to compete can one find a viable path forward. This provided them with a clear direction for their future career development.

4. Team Building

To help new employees get to know each other as quickly as possible, enhance their sense of cohesion, build mutual trust, and strengthen team spirit, we’ve organized a team-building activity. Through communication, collaboration, and coordination, participants will experience the power of teamwork—only by working together can we achieve outstanding results.
