In this wonderful month of March, the spring sunshine is bright and all things are reviving. To celebrate the 114th International Women’s Day—March 8—and to enhance the happiness of our female employees as well as strengthen their sense of corporate identity, Zhejiang Zhongxin Fluoromaterials Co., Ltd. has specially organized a special themed event: “Work Happily, Live Joyfully”—a fun-filled outing to Longshan Mountain. On March 7, we gathered at the foot of Longshan Park, together spending an unforgettable afternoon. The gentle spring breeze caressed our faces, and long-awaited sunshine warmed our bodies. It seemed that the days of continuous rainy weather had been waiting just for this moment—pouring all its warmth onto each of you women, a warmth truly worthy of their beauty and kindness.

The lush trees lining the roadside and the quietly flowing streams nestled among the mountains are both welcoming ladies’ arrival in their own unique way. Our laughter and joyful chatter echo through the hills—this is our love for life, a love that embraces both the tenderness and warmth of everyday moments as well as the resilience to face the trials and wrinkles of time.

Zhongxin Fluoromaterials has always upheld the corporate spirit of “Gathering People, Seeking the Right Path, and Achieving Success.” Taking the happiness of female employees as its own responsibility, the company not only ensures stable incomes and production safety for female workers but also enriches their spiritual lives, helping them relieve stress and fatigue at work.

The company specially prepared exquisite gifts, including Wuchang rice, personal care sets, and Qianhe soy sauce. After the female employees reached the mountaintop, these gifts were distributed to everyone through an engaging scratch-off game, doubling their joy and leaving them with unforgettable memories.

After the mountain-climbing event, we held a dinner gathering to celebrate. A lavish banquet was prepared for our female employees. Despite their busy schedules, company leaders made time to visit the gathering and offer their heartfelt encouragement to the female staff. Around the dinner table, everyone—from everyday work matters to trivial daily life concerns—shared stories and experiences.
