2024 Annual Cadre Work Report Meeting and Annual Summary Conference
On January 22, 2025, the 2024 Cadre Performance Review Meeting and Annual Summary Conference of Zhongxin Fluoromaterials was held in Shangyu, Zhejiang. Participants jointly reviewed the journey of hard work and progress made in 2024 and pledged to join forces and embark on a new chapter of bold advancement in 2025.
2001 Annual Work Report: Looking Back at the Past
That morning, heads of various departments and bases delivered their work reports for the year 2024. While there were both highlights and areas for improvement in our work, we all need to continue our efforts in 2025 to achieve our goals of increasing revenue, reducing expenditures, lowering costs, and improving efficiency.
02 General Manager’s Work Summary: Emphasizing Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement
In 2024, the fine chemical industry continued to be in a downturn phase of the industry cycle. Affected by both intense market competition and lower-than-expected profitability from newly commissioned projects, the company faced significant challenges to its operations, encountering unprecedented difficulties in performance. Overall, the company experienced revenue growth without a corresponding increase in profits.
Faced with unprecedented pressure and a complex and ever-changing economic environment, the company team, guided by the board of directors’ decisions, has tackled challenges head-on, explored new revenue streams, cut costs wherever possible, and pressed forward with determination.
The General Manager summarized the year’s work from seven aspects—production, operations, technological R&D, project construction, and more—and identified several shortcomings in 2024 as well as the key areas for strengthening and making progress in 2025.
Finally, the General Manager stated: “In the coming years, overcapacity in the industry and intense market competition will continue to pose a challenging environment for our company’s development. Our work must be tested and validated through fierce market competition to earn recognition. As we look back on our achievements from 2024, we need to conduct thorough reflection and self-assessment. For 2025, we must both carry forward our existing strengths and make necessary adjustments. I sincerely hope that through a shift in mindset and enhanced actions—centered around the theme of cost reduction and efficiency improvement—we can quickly turn the tide, emerge from this trough, and once again shine brightly as members of Zhongxin!”

05 Chairman’s Speech
Chairman Xu Jianguo supplemented and emphasized the General Manager’s work report: In 2025, the primary focus of our work should be on turning losses into profits. All bases—whether in production, sales, procurement, or other departments—must prioritize cost reduction and efficiency enhancement as their core tasks.
The chairman also emphasized the importance of technological innovation. Once a product reaches a certain level of maturity, it essentially hits its ceiling, leaving limited room for further advancement. Therefore, only through continuous transformation of manufacturing processes, upgrading and replacing equipment, and driving innovative breakthroughs in technology and processes can enterprises achieve sustainable development.
