The conference, themed “Working Together and Creating the Future,” featured a chairman’s address, recognition of outstanding performers for 2019, speeches by exemplary representatives, talent performances by employees, and a lucky draw. Through these segments, the conference summarized and reviewed the past year’s achievements and laid out plans and looked ahead to the future development of Zhongxin Fluoromaterials.
1. Chairman’s Address
Mr. Chen Yinhao, Chairman of the company, delivered a speech to the conference, summarizing the company’s 2019 performance in terms of growth in economic indicators, technological innovation, brand development, talent cultivation, and cultural development.
The Chairman pointed out that 2020 was a year of high-quality development for the company—a year when construction projects began to bear fruit and a year dedicated to building a smart enterprise. The company will continue to adhere to its quality policy—“scientific management, meticulous work, first-class quality, and customer satisfaction”—to produce top-quality products, create a green and safe production environment, accurately grasp market trends, strive to get more of our products into the ranks of the Global Fortune 500 companies, further explore new frontiers in fine fluorine chemicals, and truly become an internationally competitive, domestically leading fluorine chemical enterprise.
The key to a company’s development, growth, and expansion lies in its talent. On the premise of fully leveraging the potential of our existing talent, we must continue to attract both highly capable professionals and promising future talents, ensuring that Zhongxin Fluoromaterials steadily develops and grows through the joint efforts of all of us!
2. 2019 Annual Advanced Recognition
The annual meeting kicked off on a high note, recognizing and rewarding the outstanding teams and individuals who emerged in 2019. In total, there were 24 recipients, including 24 model team leaders, business experts, and operational experts; 17 safety and environmental protection role models and service role models; 5 promising new employees; 10 excellent workers; 3 outstanding managers; 2 innovative talents; 2 exemplary Party members; and 1 advanced collective.
