In early August, the 2020 graduates from Zhongxin Fluoromaterials began joining the company one after another. To enhance mutual understanding and acquaintance among these college graduates, strengthen cohesion among young employees, and foster a spirit of teamwork, we have specially organized this rafting activity on Xuehua Pool in Chenxi Town.

Purpose of the activity

In early August, the 2020 cohort of college graduates from Zhongxin Fluoromaterials began joining the company. To enhance mutual understanding and acquaintance among these young college graduates, strengthen cohesion among young employees, and foster a spirit of teamwork, we organized this rafting activity on Xuehua Pool in Chenxi Town. Through this activity, our new colleagues from all over the country will have the opportunity to experience the natural landscapes and cultural customs of eastern Zhejiang, while adopting a more positive and optimistic attitude toward life and work, thus enabling them to integrate more quickly into the Zhongxin family.

During this welcome event, the colleagues from Zhongxin not only fully enjoyed the fun of the activities but, more importantly, got to know many new coworkers from different departments. Throughout the nearly one-day event, everyone’s initial unfamiliarity and sense of distance gradually faded away. The various activities—such as visiting the memorial hall, hiking, team-based boat rowing, and rafting—were all collaborative endeavors that helped strengthen the team’s cohesion, communication skills, trust, and ability to work together effectively.

The blazing sun cannot stop our steps. No matter where each of us comes from, as long as we meet at Zhongxin, we’re all Zhongxin people. I hope that in our future work, we’ll unite as one and pull together with great solidarity.
