01 A Letter to All Employees
The whole nation is fighting the epidemic—We will definitely win!
Given the still-serious situation of epidemic prevention and control, and in order to fully respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, especially during this critical period of epidemic prevention and control, we hope that everyone throughout the company will take proactive measures, unite as one, and join forces to fight against the epidemic.
1. Accurately grasp the progress of the epidemic. Stay informed about epidemic-related information through official channels, and acquire relevant protective knowledge, key prevention and control measures, important precautions, and treatment protocols. Firmly refuse to believe or spread rumors.
II. Actively take protective measures. Pay attention to daily hygiene, wash your hands frequently, and ensure thorough cleaning and disinfection. Wear masks correctly and avoid littering or leaving them lying around. Reduce unnecessary outings and gatherings, and avoid lingering in crowded areas or public places that are enclosed and poorly ventilated. When it’s necessary to go out, be sure to wear a mask. Maintain good hygiene in your living environment—open windows frequently for ventilation and breathe fresh air. Employees who have already returned to work should strengthen their self-protection, follow the unified management guidelines of local authorities and their companies, and minimize the risk of virus transmission.
3. Strictly comply with epidemic prevention and control requirements and proactively cooperate with all preventive measures. Reduce visits, cancel gatherings and meals, and conscientiously monitor your body temperature and isolate yourself as needed. Ensure thorough disinfection and practice orderly dining. During the isolation period, minimize contact with others.
With everyone united as one, there’s no mountain we can’t climb; with hearts and hands intertwined, there’s no obstacle we can’t overcome. As long as we remain firmly confident, work together in solidarity, and adopt scientific prevention and control measures, we will surely win this battle against the epidemic!

Communist Party members are the banners, guides, and role models among the masses. Not only should they demonstrate their pioneering and exemplary roles in ordinary times, but especially during this extraordinary period of epidemic prevention and control, they must openly identify themselves and step forward to the front lines. We must promptly raise the banner of Party members, light the beacon of Party members, act swiftly, and immediately enter a wartime state of epidemic prevention and control. We must earnestly fulfill our duties, ensure the smooth resumption of work at the company, and contribute the exemplary strength of Communist Party members to firmly curb the spread of the epidemic, achieve victory in the fight against the epidemic, and guarantee the company’s smooth resumption of work and normal production.
First, we must elevate our political awareness and take the lead as responsible actors in epidemic prevention and control. Party members and cadres should raise their political standing, regard epidemic prevention and control as the most pressing political task at hand, and fully recognize both the severity of the epidemic and the critical importance of effective防控 measures. We must resolutely implement the deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee, the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, and local authorities within our jurisdiction, devote ourselves wholeheartedly to epidemic prevention and control efforts, strengthen our “four consciousnesses,” firmly uphold our “four self-confidences,” and ensure we “two safeguards.” We must unify our thinking, attach great importance to this task, work together in solidarity, and overcome these difficult times together.
Second, we must strengthen our sense of responsibility and take the lead in resuming work amid the epidemic. In the face of the pandemic, we should step forward boldly and assume responsibility proactively, putting into practice with concrete actions the original aspirations and missions of Communist Party members. As our company prepares to resume operations, Party members must set an exemplary standard, stay committed to their posts, and vigorously promote the implementation of all prevention and control measures. We should also carry out positive publicity and guidance, follow the deployments and arrangements of the Party organization, tailor our efforts to the actual conditions of the company’s work, abide by discipline, strictly enforce the duty roster system, and perform well in prevention and response efforts.
Third, proactively take preventive measures and strive to be a model practitioner in epidemic prevention and control. Strictly refrain from visiting crowded public places, rigorously adhere to wearing masks when going out, and actively practice frequent handwashing. Avoid spitting in public places, steer clear of contact with wild birds and livestock, and absolutely refrain from coming to work while sick. As much as possible, avoid visiting neighbors or attending gatherings; maintain good public hygiene, indoor hygiene, and personal hygiene. Party members and cadres should stay at their posts, strengthen their own personal protection, and perform their duties effectively.
During this special period, all Party members must spare no effort to ensure safe production and create a favorable environment for resuming work under the epidemic situation. We must exhaust every possible resource and employ all available means, firmly adhering to the principle of safety first and resolutely carrying out safe production work during this exceptional time. We must meticulously conduct safety inspections, safely resume production, and ensure that employees are safely prepared for their posts; we must also fully implement responsibility for safe production.
